It’s important to look after our mental health as well as our physical health during this time. Action for Happiness have put together 30 ways we can focus on our wellbeing - simple, everyday tips and tricks that could have a huge impact on our happiness and those around us.
You could practice one a day to see which one is your favourite and tick it off as you go or share it with a friend if you think it would help them.
