Mental Health Matters

The outbreak of coronavirus and self-isolation has been really difficult for many young people. If you are struggling, we understand and are here to help.
At Bridlington School, we strongly believe that mental health matters – if you’re going through a challenging time or if you’re struggling with how you’re feeling, we’re here for you.

A couple of resources that can be really helpful are Mind and Stem4, they have loads of information and can help you to understand how you’re feeling. If you feel that you need to talk to someone directly please email a member of staff who you feel comfortable doing so.
