Reminder of lock down rules from Humberside Police

Humberside Police have asked us to remind our parents/carers and students of current lock down rules for young people when they are not in school.

A lot of students believe it is OK to mix with their year ‘bubbles’ outside of school. This is not correct. They too must follow lock down rules.

In an outdoor setting one student can only meet with ONE other person from another household and it MUST be for a valid reason like exercise. Hanging out in a group of friends around the shops is not an essential reason to be out.

Humberside Police are educating and advising people but those who keep breaking the rules will be issued with fines. If the person is under 18 years of age, the fines will be issued to their parents / carers.

Students who are not at school because they are self-isolating must self-isolate which means stay at home.
