World Book Day 2019

Both teachers and students got into the spirit and enjoyed another fantastic World Book Day. As is tradition, tutor groups were given the challenge to decorate doorways in the style of their favourite literature with everything from the Hunger Games to 1984. It was clear that once again, lots of effort was put into the decorations which illustrated the vast amount of literary knowledge of Bridlington students.

The English department made an incredible effort with their Harry Potter themed costumes, inspiring many students to start re-reading the magical series.

Congratulations to the doorway winners...

8 DCI, 10 SNp, the Sixth Form common room and Mr Shakesby.

Thanks to all that took part in World Book Day activities, you should be incredibly proud of yourselves!
