Andrew Moncur graduated from the University of Sunderland in 2012 with a BA honours degree in IT Education. Upon graduating, Andrew gained employment as a Newly Qualified Teacher in a small town in Derbyshire working with disadvantaged students. In 2014, Andrew relocated to Leeds where he progressed within a number of roles including Student Voice Coordinator, Curriculum Leader of ICT & Computer Science, Assistant Principal and Senior Assistant Principal gaining a wide range of experience in whole school leadership from both a pastoral and curriculum perspective.
Andrew joined the Bridlington School family in January 2021 as Deputy Head Teacher. With oversight for curriculum Andrew is determined to support Bridlington School on its transformational journey and ensure staff and students excel.
