Careers in Science
“Year 10 had a great day looking at the importance of Chemistry in our everyday lives.
Linking straight in to our ‘Careers in Science’ lessons, including making indigo dye.”
Sixth Form Open Event
“SIXTH FORM OPEN EVENING
Our Sixth Form open evening takes place tomorrow night, 4-6:30pm. We look forward to welcoming Year 11 students and their parents to learn more about our courses, enrichment activities and more.
No need to book – simply turn up at our sports hall foyer.”
Forensic Scientists
“Our Year 8 forensic scientists trying to solve the case of who murdered Mr Plant – Cluedo style.
Thanks to Miss Tagg for some amazing lessons that included fingerprinting, chromatography and flame tests.”
Sixth Form Open Event
“Last night, around 100 years 11s and their parents attended our Sixth Form Open Event.
They were taken on a tour of the Sixth Form facilities, followed by a subject fair in the Sports Hall, where they had a chance to talk to their teachers.
The careers team were also on hand to discuss future pathways.”
