Another fantastic week for our students at Bridlington School! Here’s our Weekly Roundup for students and parents who may have missed our updates throughout the week across social media.
A Virtual Reality Wind Farm
Y8 students have been building a wind farm in virtual reality this week!
Students used 3D mapping software to plan a new offshore wind farm development.
They then developed their presentation skills by presenting their proposals to their classmates.
Chess Club
Chess club is proving to be extremely popular this term… we recently had over 50 students in attendance!
Year 11 Boys Football
The Y11 boys Football team put in a great performance in their FA Schools Cup match.
All of the boys showed a great attitude and desire throughout the match, doing themselves proud.
Player of the match was Emilio Colangelo-Cole, scoring a second half hat trick in a 3-3 draw with Withernsea, who eventually won in the dreaded penalty shootout.
